2 Year Limited Warranty
Thank you for choosing a Zipadee Kids’ bedframe. You have made an investment in an All-American quality frame that will bring years of enjoyment. Please read the terms of the Zipadee Kids Limited Warranty coverage carefully.
Zipadee Kids will replace, at no charge, bed frame parts that are found to have material/workmanship defects for the period of two (2) years after delivery. Damage that occurs during carrier transit to you(the customer) are also included in this warranty. All warranties apply to a frame purchased directly from Zipadee Kids, and are valid only for the original purchaser. Any modification or alteration of this product not specifically authorized by us will void this warranty.
All warranties apply only under conditions of normal residential usage in a climate-controlled environment. Bed frame weight limits are 300lb twin, 350lb full, 450lb queen.
Under the terms of this limited warranty, Zipadee Kids reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy. The repair or replacement of an item or part does not extend the duration of the warranty period. REFUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE.
This limited warranty does not cover damage resulting from abuse, misuse, normal wear and tear, accidents or storage. Any frame that, in our opinion, has been abused or mistreated will not be covered by this warranty. This limited warranty does not cover fading or stains from spills or bodily fluids. We caution against improper cleaning, application of chemical products or protective coatings, and exposure to bright light or extreme heat or cold. Items so exposed are not protected under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents, or improper or inadequate maintenance.
Zipadee Kids responsibility will not exceed the total cost of replacement parts.
