Is a warranty included with your bed frames?

Yes! We include a 2 year limited warranty with all wooden bed frames. 

Do you offer paint or stain finishes?

We unfortunately aren't able to offer paint or stain finishes at this time. Our hardwood poplar beds arrive smooth and ready to finish should you choose to diy. Poplar is beautiful and safe in it's natural state, many customers leave them unfinished.

What is your return & refund policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We allow 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund of purchase price less shipping  to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

Do I need to sign for delivery?

We don't request signatures on delivery. If you don't want a delivery left unattended at your address, please let us know and we will setup a signature service request.

 

Do you build custom beds?

 We unfortunately aren't accepting custom orders at this time. 

Do you offer shipping outside of the continental USA ?

We do ship to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, Military Addresses, and Canada for an additional charge.  Please email us for a quote zipadeekids@gmail.com . Please include your full address and which products you are interested in and we will get back with you with the additional shipping cost.
